Overview
Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for an HR Generalist to join a dynamic team. This remote role offers the opportunity to contribute to all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, employee record management, and HRIS support. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate across teams in a fast-paced environment. You must be located within Central Time Zone. Responsibilities
Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, including paperwork, background checks, and orientation scheduling Maintain accurate employee records and ensure HRIS data integrity Assist with employment verifications, job postings, and candidate screenings Support HR projects, including HRIS optimization, data migration, and process improvements Provide general administrative and clerical support to the HR team Assist Benefits Administrator during open enrollment with communications and record maintenance Qualifications
Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and willingness to learn HRIS tools; UKG experience highly preferred Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Positive, employee-focused mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively Compensation and Benefits
