Salary: $140,000.00 - $160,000 per year + benefits

Key Responsibilities
Conduct virtual individual, group, or family therapy sessions. Develop and implement personalized treatment plans. Monitor client progress and adjust interventions as needed. Maintain detailed and timely clinical documentation in EHR systems. Participate in case consultations and ongoing training sessions. Active LPCC license in California (required). Master’s degree in counseling, psychology, or a related field. Minimum 1 year of clinical experience post-licensure preferred. Comfortable using telehealth platforms.
