Embrace Wellness Counseling Services is seeking a dedicated
Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate (LPCC) to join our growing private practice. This is a hybrid role with office-sharing available and flexibility to work from home for telehealth sessions.
Office Availability
Monday
Tuesday
Friday
Saturday
Sunday
Compensation Clinical Hours
Clinical hours are defined as time spent directly with clients.
$35–$45 per clinical hour, based on experience
Administrative Rate
$20 per hour for non-billable work, including:
Onboarding and offboarding
Weekly meetings
Free client consultations (chemistry calls)
Late cancellations and no-shows
Marketing activities
Consultation and collaboration with colleagues
Mandatory trainings
Any tasks not associated with a billable CPT code
Additional Compensation
Phone reimbursement: $15 per month
Psychology Today reimbursement: $30 per month
Responsibilities
Provide individual, couples, family, and group therapy services
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Maintain timely, accurate, and confidential clinical documentation in compliance with all regulations
Participate in clinical supervision and scheduled team meetings
Collaborate with colleagues to provide high‑quality, coordinated care
Commit to a minimum of
15 clinical hours per week
Maintain a
separate, dedicated phone line for client communication
to support privacy and professional boundaries (monthly reimbursement provided)
Must be able to attend in-person team meetings every other Thursday at 2:00 PM
Qualifications
Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, or a related field
Provisionally licensed LPC Candidate (LPCC) in the State of Colorado
Prior private practice experience preferred but not required
Strong interest in pursuing a career in private practice
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Compassionate, client‑centered approach
Ability to work independently while collaborating within a team
