Position Summary

As a Technical Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for growing sales in your area by implementing strategy and managing customer and distribution networks. Roles and Responsibilities

Take care and develop our sales market in Eastern Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Eastern New York, Eastern Maryland, and Delaware. Promote and sell Standard and Special Tools for our company in assigned states. Visit regularly existing and new customers and sales partners. Train Sales partners on Mikron Tool products and organize training seminars. Provide overall technical advice to all customers and sales partners. Find new customers in the assigned areas and product fields. Quote Special and Standard Tools. Interface with Mikron Tool for technical questions and problem solving. Use CRM system. Your profile

Experience in cutting tool technology with expert knowledge in metallurgy, metal alloys, carbide, and machining processes (drilling, milling, reaming, deburring). Able to read technical drawings and to sketch ideas and concepts. Mechanical education, with an emphasis on mechanical engineering. Systematic and analytical thinking. Knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint. Excellent communication and sales skills to present the company, products, and technology. Willingness to travel – 80% travel expectation. What we offer
