HR Coordinator

to join our team. Duties and Responsibilities: This is a non-exhaustive overview of the job duties for this position. Assist with recruiting, pre-employment screening, federal compliance and onboarding related tasks which includes an extensive amount of tracking, auditing and filing. Support full-cycle recruiting process with a variety of administrative duties. Assist with onboarding process including scheduling, travel arrangements, and other duties as assigned. Assist with the processing of monthly billings and the preparation of payment for all HR related invoices. General data entry and record keeping Audit, track and maintain a variety of daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports. Comply with federal and state regulations as well as contract adherence. Ensure security of confidential information Regular and consistent engagement, participation and promotion of Herzog's Culture and its essential behaviors are a requirement for this position. Regular and predictable attendance and punctuality are a requirement for this position. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are a must. Time-management skills are essential; must possess a natural sense of urgency and work well with pressure and deadlines. Must be a self-starter and able to excel in a fast-paced environment. Flexible and adaptive to change. Possess a high level of ingenuity. Must have strong interpersonal skills, ability to interact with all levels of employees and prospects. Proficient in Microsoft Office Products and advanced computer literacy skills. Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality Pre-Employment Requirements: Subject to pre-employment background check and motor vehicle report review. Subject to pre-employment physical, medical evaluation, and drug screen. Successfully complete and maintain any required safety certification and testing on an annual basis. Physical Requirements: The physical demands described below must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential job functions of this role. This is a non-exhaustive overview of the physical requirements for this position. Work primarily in an office environment. Frequently sits for extended periods of time. Frequently use a computer keyboard and office related equipment. Requires occasional standing, walking, lifting, stooping or bending.
