The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent.This role involves full-cycle recruiting, including developing job descriptions, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and collaborating with hiring managers to identify the best candidates for various positions. The ideal candidate is proactive, resourceful, and passionate about finding and securing the right talent to support the company's growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
Write and post job descriptions on job boards, career websites, and other relevant platforms.
Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for open positions.
Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
Build and maintain relationships with candidates, keeping them informed and engaged throughout the recruitment process.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and requirements for each position.
Utilize various sourcing methods, including networking, social media, and employee referrals, to identify potential candidates.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities and progress to HR and management.
Participate in job fairs, career events, and other networking opportunities to promote the company and attract talent.
Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
