Perform all aspects of recruiting, from sourcing candidates, conducting effective and insightful screening, making candidate recommendations to hiring managers, coordinating the interview process, and ensuring a strong candidate experience. Develop sourcing strategies and techniques to attract, screen, and engage active and passive candidates. Utilize social media and other sources to create pipelines of candidates for critical skills areas and identify, attract, and recruit quality candidates. Organizes and attends on-site recruiting events at job fairs, nursing schools, CNA schools, and colleges as needed. Responsible for working with hiring supervisors/managers, scheduling interviews, and sending job offers Prepares and posts internal/external positions in the Applicant Tracking System, other job boards. Facilitates the hiring process to ensure a positive candidate experience. Including but not limited to: resume reviews, phone interviews, background checks, onboarding activities, and new hire orientation. Maintains and updates the campus vacancy list as needed. Other HR related duties as assigned Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or Associate's Degree with emphasis in Human Resources, Business, or related fields preferred, or equivalent work experience required. Minimum of 2-4 years’ experience recruiting and sourcing for all levels within an organization. Long-term-care recruitment and HR experience preferred but not required
