Overview GM Performance Power Units – Concord, NC Talent Acquisition Specialist Department: HR

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and highly adaptable Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Human Resources team. This role will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting across a broad spectrum of positions, including executive-level leadership, technical specialists, and high-volume entry-level roles. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated success in rapid ramp-up hiring environments, delivering high-quality talent quickly while maintaining a best-in-class candidate experience.

Responsibilities

Partner with hiring managers and department leaders to understand workforce planning needs and create targeted recruitment strategies.

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating with hiring teams, and extending offers.

Drive rapid ramp-up recruiting during high-growth or seasonal hiring periods while maintaining quality and candidate engagement.

Source and attract leadership, technical, and entry-level talent through multiple channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, industry networks, job boards, referrals, and direct outreach.

Develop and maintain a robust talent pipeline for critical roles across the company.

Ensure consistent, structured interview processes aligned with company values and compliance requirements.

Advise hiring managers on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitive intelligence.

Partner with Human Resources on offer letters, onboarding, and workforce integration.

Track recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, candidate experience, diversity of slate, etc.) and provide regular reporting to leadership.

Required Qualifications

5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a track record of hiring across executive, technical, and entry-level positions.

Demonstrated ability to lead high-volume recruitment campaigns and scale teams quickly.

Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with modern recruitment platforms, ATS systems, and social media recruiting.

Exceptional communication and relationship management skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities.

Knowledge of employment law, compliance practices, and recruitment best practices.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in sports, motorsports, manufacturing, or entertainment industries.

Prior exposure to multinational or multi-entity recruiting environments.
