Talent Acquisition Coordinator position summary and requirements. Job Description

As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will provide critical recruiting support to the Talent Acquisition function by managing expectations and requirements of candidates, recruiters, hiring managers and other stakeholders. You will ensure that all activities related to the recruitment process are progressing effectively and efficiently, and update key stakeholders as appropriate. You will be embedded within a set of technology stakeholders and recruitment delivery teams. Interview Scheduling

Partner with the recruiter, hiring manager, interviewers and candidates on scheduling interviews Coordinate availability, including room, video, phone and MS Teams details Reschedule interviews as needed Prioritize incoming requests against current workload Ensure prompt and professional communication with all stakeholders throughout the process Facilitate the T&E request and reimbursement process for candidate interviews Be a specialist of Talent/Super days Be a primary point of contact for candidates throughout the entire recruitment process Welcome and escort candidates for onsite interviews, when applicable Manage ad-hoc issues such as scheduling conflicts, delays and interviewer no-shows Attend and participate in the debrief call, when applicable Ensure Data Integrity and Process Stewardship

Ensure compliance with all established processes and procedures Partner with broader/global TA team on other initiatives and projects Basic Qualifications

Must have a High School diploma or equivalent 2 or more years of relevant work experience Preferred Qualifications

4 or more years of relevant work experience Experience within Human Resources and/or Recruiting preferred Proven ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks at once, strong attention to detail Ability to identify solutions independently and make sound business decisions Ability to work successfully and professionally with all levels of employees and management Proven effective communication and organizational skills, with experience in fast-paced, high-volume environments Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel; ability to learn new technology tools Experience with SmartRecruiters, Workday or other Applicant Tracking Systems/Recruiting systems Additional Details

Location: Austin, TX; Hybrid (in-office 2-3 days per week) Compensation: See pay ranges as provided by TalentBurst. Base pay range: $19.00/hr - $20.00/hr. Actual pay will be based on skills and experience. Employment type: Contract Seniority level: Associate Industries: Human Resources Services
