Build recruiting and sales strategies to identify clients in the local market through tools such as databases, ATS, LinkedIn, and social media. Develop and execute a strategy for new business generation and key account growth. Collaborate with an experienced recruitment delivery team to ensure seamless service and follow-through. Attend in-person client meetings and networking events to strengthen market presence and relationships. Help shape the BD function in a fast-paced, start-up environment—ideal for someone energized by building from the ground up. Qualifications
2–5 years of experience in agency staffing in a BD or 360 role. Strong preference for candidates with experience in tech/IT, Engineering, or A&F. Experience selling contract/temp staffing solutions (permanent placement is a plus). Proven track record of generating new business and hitting sales targets. Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Must have a strong local market network and a track record of billings. Compensation
Base salary range: $50,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr Additional compensation: Commission Job Details
