S0710 - Lease Administration Coordinator role at The Aaron's Company, Inc. This position is based in Atlanta, GA in our Galleria office and is a hybrid role. Applicants in CA, CO, DC, HI, IL, MD, MA, MN, NJ, NY, RI, VT, and WA are not eligible for this posting. What You’ll Do

Support the timely processing of Aaron’s corporate real estate portfolio, including common area maintenance, real estate tax, and property insurance reconciliations and reimbursements. Handle external communications, request calculation backup for reconciliations and reimbursement payments, and correspond with landlords and property managers for retail properties within a territory. Request supporting documentation for reconciliations and invoices; add reconciliations and billings to ImageNow and SharePoint for tracking and processing. Route urgent matters and faults for logging in ImageNow and SharePoint/Lucernex; ensure proper routing to appropriate channels. Handle requests for Gross Sales Reporting, Financial Statements, Estoppel and SNDA documents, and coordinate related documentation between Landlords and internal Legal group. Process and review escrow adjustment notices from landlords, audit adjustments, and manage under/over payments; update databases and set up real estate accounting expenses for automatic payments. Process and review all landlord requests for Certificates of Insurance. Route physical mail to the Real Estate Department and manage electronic mail via Outlook. Complete administrative tasks in a timely manner and assist with other duties as assigned. What You Need

Knowledge of accounting ledgers, real estate tax assessments, leasing practices, and lease language. 1-2 years’ experience in commercial real estate including lease administration, accounting, and property management; experience in landlord and/or tenant sectors preferred. Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, real estate, finance, or a related field preferred. Additional Requirements

Excellent analytical, research, communication, organizational and time-management skills. Proactive team player able to work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment. Sound business judgment and ability to deal with ambiguity. Accurate and proficient data entry. Proficiency with computer information systems and Microsoft Office.
