This role involves partnering with business leaders to design and implement talent strategies that support business objectives and drive a high-performance culture. Responsibilities
Partner with business leaders to design and implement talent strategies that support business objectives and drive a high-performance culture. Lead succession planning and talent review processes for high-potential employees and leadership roles. Oversee learning and development programs, onboarding, and career development initiatives that enhance employee growth. Manage employee engagement initiatives, using insights from surveys, feedback, and analytics to inform HR strategies. Support performance management and recognition programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and development priorities. Provide coaching and guidance to people managers on talent management best practices, organizational development, and workforce planning. Qualifications
Experience in Talent Management, Learning & Development, or HR Business Partnering within financial services, technology, or professional services environments Required Skills
Strong knowledge of succession planning, leadership development, and performance management frameworks. Ability to analyze HR data to drive insights and improve engagement, retention, and development strategies. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to influence stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
