$56,000.00/yr - $74,000.00/yr Seeking an experienced full-time, on-site multi-state Payroll Processor/Payroll Tax Preparer with the capacity to expand and develop HR services for healthcare providers in Nashville, TN.
The Position
Bi-weekly/Semi-monthly payroll & benefits processing for healthcare providers in multiple states. Quarterly payroll tax preparation (941/SUTA/State withholding). HR Services Development. W-2 preparation. Client and Employee inquiry resolution.
The Requirements
Excellent communication skills – proactive, clear, effective (in person and on the phone). High attention to detail – ability to analyze, address and implement. High emotional intelligence – empathetic and solutions oriented. Leadership skills – accountable, self-motivated, compassionate. Attitude of excellence, commitment to team & drive to exceed expectations.
The Rewards
Comprehensive Benefits package with group health insurance available first day of the month after hire. 10.5 paid holidays per year. Paid Time Off – 2.6 weeks per year. 401K after 1 year – 3% employer contribution. Salary range $56,000-$74,000 to start based on experience.
