What You’ll Do as a Human Resources Account Manager In this role, you’ll be the go-to HR expert, ensuring our clients and associates receive exceptional service. Key responsibilities include: Managing the new hire onboarding process with precision and compliance. Serving as a trusted liaison between InnoSource, our clients, and our associates. Addressing associate relations issues, including coaching, warnings, and terminations. Building and maintaining strong, productive relationships with client personnel. Identifying growth opportunities and adapting to evolving client needs. Supporting recruiting efforts, from resume reviews to conducting interviews. Traveling to client locations to strengthen connections (most travel to local locations, occasional travel to distant locations). We’re looking for someone who: Thrives on connection:
