Work Shift: Day Shift | Time Type: Full time | Department: CC407720 Strategy Administration Summary: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. — Onsite Responsibilities

Develops and implements comprehensive physician and advanced practice provider recruitment strategies aligned with the health system’s strategic priorities and workforce needs. Partners with service line and medical staff leaders to identify current and projected provider staffing requirements. Sources, screens, and evaluates candidates using targeted outreach, networking, and relationship-building with residency and fellowship programs, medical schools, and professional associations. Coordinates and tracks all aspects of the recruitment process, including interviews, site visits, reference checks, and offer presentation. Oversees contract negotiation processes in collaboration with legal, finance, and senior leadership to ensure competitive and compliant agreements. Tracks and reports recruitment metrics, pipeline activity, and hiring progress to leadership on a monthly and quarterly basis. Manages recruitment marketing efforts, led by the Strategic Marketing and Communications team, including digital campaigns, job boards, social media, and attendance at conferences and career fairs. Ensures compliance with applicable regulations, credentialing requirements, and internal policies throughout the recruitment process. Maintains a robust database of qualified candidates and develops long-term relationships to support future recruitment needs. Leads, trains, and develops recruitment staff to ensure consistent, high-quality execution of provider recruitment initiatives. Other Duties as assigned. Qualifications

Required Education:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) Recommended Education:

Bachelor's degree in a related field of study. Required Work Experience:

High School Diploma/GED and 5 years of relevant experience, including at least 1 year in a leadership role. In lieu of a High School Diploma/GED, 7 years of experience with at least 1 year in a leadership role. Recommended Work Experience:
