Here, you’ll find a collaborative culture that respects and values differences and colleagues who share a spirit of generosity. * BA/BS degree in finance or related field, with strong credentials and relevant work experience.* Minimum of 3 years of manager due diligence experience.* Strong presentations and writing skills.* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.* Excellent communication and inter-personal skills with the ability to excel in a dynamic and interactive team environment.* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.* 7+ years of manager research experience across asset classes.* Experience with both traditional and alternative investment strategies (e.g. hedge funds, private equity, private credit and direct investments)* Experience with asset allocation products, portfolio construction and related concepts.* Expertise in using analytical tools such as FactSet, Bloomberg, eVestment, Morningstar Direct, etc.* Client facing experience.* Completion of or progress towards CFA, CAIA or comparable designation.* A self-starter with leadership qualities and ability to “own” initiatives and work in a dynamic environment.Placement within the range provided above is based on the individual’s relevant experience and skills for the role.

Base salary is only one component of our total compensation package.
