Then, use our "Get Started" section to take your first step to being a part of First United.* Adherence to First United Policies and Procedures* Complete all required compliance exams on an annual basis* Perform other duties as assigned* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA, CPA, or CFA preferred)* 10+ years of progressive experience in FP&A or corporate finance, with at least 3–5 years in the banking or financial services sector* Strong understanding of banking P&L, balance sheet, capital, and regulatory reporting* Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting tools, and analytics platforms (e.g., Excel, Power BI)* Well-developed leadership, communication, organization, and analytical skills.* Ability to learn, analyze, interpret, and make decisions using ideas and mental constructs. Can choose a Strategy from multiple ambiguous choices and adapts to reality.* Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive strategic initiatives* Experience leading within a matrix organizational structure and cultivating a “Team of Teams” dynamic.* Ability to learn, analyze, interpret, and make decisions using ideas and mental constructs.
