is seeking an experienced software engineer to join our corporate team and play a key role in designing, developing, testing, and supporting innovative applications. In this role, you’ll drive projects from concept to deployment—building software solutions that improve reporting, strengthen decision-making, and advance the technology that powers the tire and fleet services industry.
Our product suite supports the management of critical assets including vehicles, facilities, and machinery. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise, creativity, and a passion for building reliable, scalable applications that directly impact business performance.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Adheres to all policies, procedures, and values of Snider Fleet Solutions
Attain rigorous understanding of the existing application functionality, infrastructure, and code base
Work within the product team to define, design, develop, test, document, deploy, and support application code
Observe and recommend enhancements in development processes, and procedures
Assist in utility creation/enhancement for installation, administration, and migration of the application suite
Interact with customers to create customized solutions for customer specific needs
Troubleshoot customer issues in a second level support role
Research new technologies and solutions
Qualifications and Requirements:
Required: 5+ years of work experience
Required: Proficiency with C#, .NET Framework 4.8, .NET 3+, JavaScript, SQL Server
: Experience querying and working with AS400s
: Experience building and modifying SSIS/SQL jobs
: Experience with a BI or data modeling tool like Power BI, Tableau, Phocas
Optional: Some experience with Azure deployments and front-end web development
Optional: Exposure and willingness to learn scripting ; PowerShell and/or Python
Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States
Skills and Abilities:
Must have strong organizational skills, time management skills, editing ability, and close attention to detail
Reliable and dependable with self-initiative collaborative work style and ability to work across organization- both vertically and horizontally
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to thrive in a high-volume work environment while maintaining high attention to detail
Ability to interact with all levels within the organization and client base
Ability to work effectively under pressure and time constraints
Ability to learn quickly and take on new responsibilities
Working conditions: This position will be in our Fort Mill, SC office. The position will be in-office, 5 days a week. Most of the work will be performed at a desk in an office environment. There may be occasional visits to company or customer maintenance facilities that are industrial environments.
