About the Role:
Join a cutting-edge team working on the next generation of
Augmented and Mixed Reality (AR/MR)
experiences. This role focuses on developing core data collection tooling and infrastructure to support machine perception technologies for advanced AR/MR products. The team builds capabilities that power real-time depth estimation, object detection, 3D reconstruction, SLAM tracking, and more.
Responsibilities:
Design and implement core components for large-scale data collection tools Build scalable infrastructure for capturing and processing high-quality real-world data Conduct code reviews and write technical documentation Improve system performance, stability, and scalability Own and drive development for specific components, features, or subsystems Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, hardware, and research teams
Must-Have Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field 2+ years of professional experience in a software engineering role Proficient in
Python
or
C / C++ Strong command-line skills with
Linux tools
and shell scripting Familiarity with
Ethernet
and
WiFi
networking protocols
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's or PhD in Computer Science or related field Experience using networking tools like iwconfig, ifconfig, netstat, tcpdump Experience with
ADB
(Android Debug Bridge) Strong skills in writing/debugging
bash scripts
for system automation Familiarity with Linux OS internals and network troubleshooting Excellent documentation and cross-team communication skills
