Hiring a
Clinical Neuropsychologist
to join a Department of Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation.
This is a
faculty role with tenure-track potential , ideal for candidates who have recently completed a fellowship or are early in their career and seek to grow both clinically and academically.
What You’ll Do Conduct neuropsychological evaluations for patients recovering from stroke, TBI, SCI, and related injuries Provide psychotherapy and behavioral health support as part of an interdisciplinary rehab team Supervise and mentor psychology trainees, interns, and residents Optional: participate in research and clinical innovation within UAB’s nationally recognized Model Systems for SCI and TBI

Qualifications PhD or PsyD in Clinical Psychology from an APA/CPA-accredited program Postdoctoral fellowship in neuropsychology required (Houston Conference Guidelines) Licensure eligibility in Alabama ABPP board certification or eligibility preferred
