We are seeking an experienced on-site healthcare recruiter to join our team as a Senior Recruiter and shape the future of our workforce! We are seeking a Senior Recruiter to join our corporate team to execute full-cycle recruiting processes to meet healthcare staffing and executive search business goals. Develop talent pipelines by fostering relationships with professional associations and other specialty organizations. Source professional candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in business administration or a related field. Seven years of experience in a corporate or agency setting with at least 4 years of experience recruiting senior-level professionals and physicians/advanced practice healthcare providers. Experience recruiting for federal contract positions is a plus.
