Base pay $42.00/hr - $47.30/hr Position would require the candidate to be a W2 employee of Donatech. US Citizenship Required. Responsibilities Work closely with other recruiters, hiring teams and business leaders to develop and implement recruiting strategies Identify and contact passive candidates Utilize the existing ATS and CRM systems as well as external databases Craft and send engaging and appealing recruiting communications to potential candidates Develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs Promote our employer brand Partner effectively with HR teammates when working compensation, compliance, onboarding, and other processes Proficient in using industry job boards, social media platforms, and candidate tracking systems (Kenexa/Brass Ring or comparable ATS) Demonstrated experience in an OFCCP compliant environment Experience building recruiting plans Experience supporting end to end recruiting process Capable in adapting communication style to a myriad of client levels Notable experience and proven examples as a driver of diversity, equity, and inclusion objectives Experience supporting ship repair, ship building, and skilled trades Skilled at partnering with colleagues to build effective recruiting, sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches with an ability to manage customer expectations Excellent written and verbal communication skills Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of six (6) years of recruiting experience or equivalent experience Seniority level Entry level Employment type Contract Job function Human Resources Industries Defense and Space Manufacturing Get notified about new Senior Human Resources Recruiter jobs in Norfolk, VA . #J-18808-Ljbffr
