Base pay range $25.40/hr - $30.40/hr Position would require the candidate to be a W2 employee of Donatech. US Citizenship/Permanent Resident Required. Responsibilities HR Administration: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and files Process employee data, including new hires, terminations, and benefits changes Assist with HR-related projects and initiatives as needed Benefits Administration: Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and terminations Communicate benefits information to employees and provide support with benefits-related inquiries Communication and Training: Communicate HR policies, procedures, and updates to employees and management Employee Relations: Provide guidance and support to employees on company policies, procedures, and benefits and investigate and resolve employee complaints and concerns in a fair and timely manner Recruitment and Hiring: Assist with the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and candidate selection and coordinate with hiring managers to ensure compliance with company hiring policies and procedures Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations Skills Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills Strong analytical and organizational skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information Proficient in HR software and systems, including HRIS and benefits administration platforms Experience 2-3 years of experience in human resources or a related field Education Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Seniority level Entry level Employment type Contract Job function Human Resources Industries: Defense and Space Manufacturing Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Donatech Corporation by 2x Get notified about new Human Resources Representative jobs in Norfolk, VA.
