Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled OT Cybersecurity Analyst with deep expertise in operational technology (OT) and industrial control systems (ICS) security. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in network segmentation, domain architecture, and securing hybrid IT/OT environments within manufacturing or critical infrastructure. This role requires a balance of technical leadership and hands-on implementation, working across global teams to standardize secure architectures and tools.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead design and implementation of secure OT cybersecurity architecture across multiple global manufacturing sites.
• Deliver full-lifecycle OT security solutions including:
  • Secure remote access
  • OT network segmentation (macro and micro)
  • IDMZ design and deployment
  • Proxy integrations and firewall rule alignment
  • Legacy asset protection and internet restriction
• Implement zoning and segmentation strategies based on ISA/IEC 62443, NIST CSF, and the Purdue Model.
• Integrate OT security platforms such as Claroty, Nozomi, or Ordr with NAC (e.g., Cisco, Aruba), identity-based controls, and firewalls.
• Design and manage domain controller architectures, including trust models, patching strategies, and secure placement within OT environments.
• Collaborate with IT, cybersecurity, operations, and plant-floor stakeholders to align security goals with business and production requirements.
• Document security architecture, standards, and best practices to ensure clarity and cross-functional adoption.
• Provide real-time support during incident response, system issues, and architecture rollouts.
• Evaluate and enforce governance around access control, AD hardening, and domain segregation for OT systems.
• Drive standardization of tools and architectures across global locations.
