We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive
Salesforce Administrator
to support, maintain, and optimize our Salesforce ecosystem. This role will play a key part in ensuring our Sales Cloud environment runs efficiently, integrates seamlessly with SiteTracker, and supports our growing business needs. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system usability, implement best practices, and enable data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
dminister, configure, and maintain
Salesforce Sales Cloud
to support daily business operations. Manage and optimize
SiteTracker
integrations and workflows to ensure data accuracy and process efficiency. Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and workflows to provide insights for business stakeholders. Handle user management, including permissions, profiles, and roles. Perform regular system audits and ensure data integrity and security compliance. Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements and translate them into Salesforce configurations. Support change management processes, documentation, and training for end users. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce functionality, integration, or performance. Stay current on Salesforce updates, new features, and best practices to continually improve system efficiency. Must-Have Qualifications
Proven experience as a
Salesforce Administrator
(minimum 2-3 years). Hands-on expertise with
Sales Cloud . Strong working knowledge of
SiteTracker
(configuration, integration, and user management). Salesforce Administrator Certification (
DM-201 ) preferred. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively across teams. Nice-to-Have Qualifications
Experience with
Service Cloud
and
CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) . dditional Salesforce certifications (e.g., Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder). Experience with data migration tools (e.g., Data Loader, DemandTools). Familiarity with API integrations and third-party apps from the Salesforce AppExchange. Exposure to project management or agile methodologies.
