As an

Associate Vice President, Client Success , you will be responsible for working on high-profile, enterprise agency client(s) to deliver a cohesive direct response and marketing program. This position works in partnership with the Vice President of Integrated Direct Response and multichannel leads (DRTV, Direct Mail, Digital, and Marketing). As a senior team member on the account, you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and direction in the planning, implementing, improving, and evaluating of the account team, establishing solid relationships throughout the enterprise, forming effective communications and partnerships with all team members, and managing the flawless delivery of multichannel program strategies. You will serve as the primary point person for program management and account delivery oversight.

Your Impact: Supervise integrated team members, including hiring, evaluations, training, and reallocation as necessary. Provide primary leadership in account delivery including implementing, evaluating, and modifying processes and procedures as necessary. Lead the Moore account team to develop and deliver annual fundraising, marketing, and communications plans and budgets. Develop integrated communications and fundraising plan which consolidates all fundraising/marketing activities and creates a single view. Monitor development of KPIs and report regularly to the customer and Moore team leadership on the key progress indicators. Serve as a liaison with senior team members for the delivery team. Review and monitor all Concept Memos (CMs). Understand program details as stated in all Concept Memos, track and help secure timely approvals. Participate in delivery channel calls to ensure channel integration and accurate delivery. Provide problem-solving leadership. Develop and monitor budgets, allocating resources to ensure profitability of client and agency. Your Profile:

Minimum 10 years' experience in multichannel direct response marketing. Direct Response agency experience and a familiarity with nonprofit organizations. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point and other analytical tools. Executive presence with ability to interact well with senior leadership. Exceptional client service attitude and demeanor. Organized and detail oriented. Ability to thrive in a collaborative work environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including facilitation of group presentations. Effective listener and storyteller- key to relationship building, marketing, and fundraising. Problem-solving skills, that include the ability to develop and propose solutions for clients/ Strong written and oral communication skills.
