The Canine Corner LLC is hiring: Overnight Dog Handler in New York

Overview

Job Description: We are looking to fill a Saturday - Tuesday overnight shift. The shifts begin at 5:45pm on Saturdays & Sundays, and 7:15pm on Mondays & Tuesdays, and all end roughly between 9am-11am depending on how fast & thorough cleaning tasks are completed. Applicants with availability for more evenings or even day-shifts will be considered first.

Responsibilities

• Monitor dogs inside the facility during evening hours while the facility is closed to the public.
• Walk the dogs before their meals, feed and medicate the dogs based on provided instructions.
• Clean the facility during the evening and after the dogs are brought into the daycare pen the following morning.
• Be aware that the facility is locked & gated during the evenings for safety purposes.

Schedule & Training

• The training schedule may differ from the shift you will be required to work if hired. Training is expected roughly from 11am-3:30pm, Monday-Friday. Paid training.

Eligibility & Employment

• NO SEASONAL WORKERS; we are looking for career-oriented individuals. Minimum one-year employment interest.
