We’re seeking a
full-time Warranty Administrator
to join our service department. This position is responsible for preparing, submitting, and following up on warranty claims with manufacturers and suppliers. The Warranty Clerk plays a key role in ensuring that the dealership is properly reimbursed for all warranty work while supporting our technicians and service team to keep repairs moving smoothly. Key Responsibilities
Prepare and submit warranty claims to manufacturers in an accurate and timely manner. Verify claim details, labor times, and parts used based on repair orders. Communicate with technicians and service advisors to gather necessary repair information and documentation. Track claim approvals, rejections, and payments, ensuring proper follow-up and recordkeeping. Maintain organized warranty files and ensure compliance with manufacturer requirements. Review manufacturer bulletins and policy updates as needed. Assist in resolving discrepancies between submitted and paid claims. Support the service department with administrative duties as needed. Qualifications
Prior experience in a warranty processing, service writing, or administrative support role in automotive or RV service is preferred. Strong communication skills — both written and verbal. Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to handle multiple priorities. Proficient in computer use, including email, data entry, and online claim portals. Team player with a professional, positive attitude. High school diploma or equivalent required. Why Work With Us
