You will oversee industrial and/or manufacturing projects from inception to completion, managing timelines, budgets, scope, and resources, while ensuring quality, safety, and stakeholder satisfaction. Key responsibilities include developing detailed project plans, leading project teams, coordinating with subcontractors and stakeholders, monitoring progress and risks, and ensuring all project deliverables meet specifications and company goals. Project Planning & Definition:
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with clients and stakeholders, and create detailed project plans. Resource & Schedule Management:
Allocate resources, define schedules, monitor progress against deadlines, and coordinate teams to ensure timely completion. Risk & Issue Management:
Identify and mitigate project risks, manage roadblocks, and implement corrective actions when issues arise. Quality & Compliance:
Ensure projects meet quality standards, company specifications, codes, and safety standards. Communication:
Foster partnerships with clients, customers, and stakeholders, provide regular progress reports, and maintain open communication channels. Documentation:
Prepare and maintain all project-related documentation, including budgets, schedules, reports, and correspondence. You will successfully deliver: Outline of project goals including scope, budget, schedule, risks, and KPIs Strategy Optimization and Execution Business Value As an MP Consultant, you will deliver your expertise, adapt to new environments, and be able to work within a team. You will represent our brand on client-sites and, thanks to the materials that we provide, you will be prepared to support our engagements. Qualifications
You hold a Bachelor’s degree and have experience in manufacturing, construction, facilities improvement, or maintenance. You have over 2 years of experience in Project Management, with at least 1 year being in a Manufacturing or Production Planning environment. You must have significant experience utilizing Project Management tools and software and a strong level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel. You excel at contributing to the delivery process and on-time delivery performance. All in all, we are looking for someone proactive, confident, and excited to get started!
