Assess short-term inventory needs aligned to deliver metrics, ensuring high levels of customer order fill rates and coordinating with Contract manufacturers, Quality, and Fulfilment teams. Facilitate collaboration meetings with stakeholders and vendors to review completed and scheduled production and address operational issues impacting short-term production. Identify and escalate issues jeopardizing supply, including raw material or packaging constraints, quality holds, or production issues; support decision-making to resolve issues and anticipate future capacity constraints. Collaborate with purchasing, planning, logistics/warehousing, and commercial teams to provide input on capacity planning assumptions and performance measures. Partner with cross-functional teams to drive speed-to-market initiatives for new product launches, product changes, and demand shaping activities. Coordinate co-manufacturer start-ups and capacity enhancements for short- and long-term needs to enable phased scaling-up. Adopt a continuous improvement mindset to enhance planning and operational processes. Data analysis: create, review, and act against the Master Production Schedule for all finished goods items. Reporting: track KPIs such as schedule adherence, attainment, inventory turns, customer service, and days on hand; take actions to meet or exceed targets. Review firm order demand, new sales or marketing demand, and current inventory levels to monitor emergent demand. Assist in process improvement efforts around SAP B1 functionality and inventory/production planning methodologies. Work with internal and external resources to ensure each initiative delivers on time and inventory and customer service levels meet targets. Collaborate with inventory personnel to ensure accurate accounting of inventory transactions. Support cost-effective supply chain execution and escalate exceptions/trade-offs as needed. Assist in documenting and maintaining the team’s SOPs. Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s in business or supply chain preferred. 3+ years planning and supply chain experience. Ability to manage complex supplier and 3PL relationships. Ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes in a complex manufacturing environment. Independent work style with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment. Prior experience with SAP preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, with above-average Excel skills. Location & Compensation

Location: Walnut Creek, CA — 20,000 sq. ft. office with a hybrid work structure (4 days in office weekly). Fridays are flex days (office or remote). Salary: The expected starting salary range is $120,000–$130,000 per year. The final amount may vary based on location, education, qualifications, performance, and business needs. Employment Type
