Provide support to sales team and the Director of Sales & Marketing Maximize hotel revenue by seeking out, identifying and fully qualifying hotel group and catering business Adhering to the highest level of standards and policies for the hotel Other administrative duties as needed Group Sales Manager Requirements
Minimum of 3+ years of experience in hotel sales. The ideal candidate has experience with boutique and/or luxury hotels. Group sales and catering experience is preferred but not required Ability to meet and exceed expectations, drive business forward High level of polish & professionalism with a positive personality Passion for hotel sales and desire to grow with an independent boutique hotel brand Proficiency in basic computer skills and software, including Microsoft Word and Excel Group Sales Manager Benefits
