We are seeking a (an)
Telecom Data Analyst
for our team to ensure that we continue to provide all patients with high quality, efficient care. This is a role that supports the Enterprise for all aspects of the Telecom services lifecycle from quoting and ordering to disconnect. The Telecom Analyst will oversee the administration of all Enterprise services from our MAN and WAN circuits, review monthly invoices for accuracy, and open disputes with carriers as needed. This position requires excellent verbal and written communication skills to work with all levels in the organization, including Executives. Job Summary and Qualifications Provide support to the Enterprise for all aspects of the Telecom services lifecycle from quoting and ordering to disconnect. Oversee the administration of all Enterprise services from our MAN and WAN circuits. Review monthly invoices for accuracy and open disputes with carriers for any issues identified. Manage an up-to-date inventory of all circuits and services managed by the Network Provisioning group (over $6M monthly). Interact with colleagues across the nation and with multiple Fortune 500 vendors. Communicate effectively across all levels of the organization, including Executives. Demonstrate Problem Management skills to meet business objectives and Service Level Agreements. Specific Responsibilities
Work with multiple carriers to provide quotes for Telecom services for Enterprise across multiple lines of business. Prepare and submit orders for data services and manage moves, adds, changes, and disconnects for Enterprise. Host and attend status meetings with vendors and internal resources. Enter and manage orders in the purchase order processing system when necessary. Manage Enterprise circuit inventory including vendor, bandwidth, and circuit IDs. Run inventory reports monthly and on an ad hoc basis from TEM portal. Work with the Department of Homeland Security and carriers to request and apply Telecommunications Service Priority (TSP) codes for circuits across the Enterprise. Process tickets in ServiceCentral and create process and FAQ documentation. Communicate with support teams for maintenance and outages and assist in escalations. Develop and maintain working relationships with critical Business Partners and vendors. Order and track SD-WAN solutions. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications
3+ years of relevant experience Bachelor’s Degree Preferred Must be able to excel in a very close working team environment as well as independently High degree of initiative and self-motivation Excellent written and verbal communication skills Telecom ordering experience preferred Knowledge of telecom industry terminology required Must be organized and have attention to detail Proficiency with ServiceCentral or equivalent ticketing system to support operations required Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Ability to effectively organize tasks, manage multiple priorities/details, meet schedules, and deliver on customer commitments Education
