Executive Assistant (Temp-to-Perm, 3–6 Months) Full-time | Hybrid | Menlo Park, CA A well-established investment firm is seeking an experienced, proactive, and highly organized Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO). The ideal candidate will be polished, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. This position is initially a 3–6 month contract with the potential to convert to a permanent role based on performance. Responsibilities

Provide direct, confidential administrative support to the CEO, including calendar management, meeting coordination, correspondence, and expense processing. Act as the main point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders. Coordinate complex travel arrangements, including itineraries, logistics, and expense reports. Plan and execute executive meetings, leadership offsites, board meetings, and company-wide events, managing all logistics from start to finish. Support personal tasks and ad hoc projects for the CEO as needed. Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and workflow. Take on additional projects and responsibilities as assigned. Requirements

8+ years of experience supporting C-level executives, preferably within finance or a high-growth environment. Ability to manage both strategic priorities and detailed execution simultaneously. Proven success organizing and executing meetings and events of varying scale. Exceptional organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail. Flexibility to adjust to changing priorities and accommodate East and West Coast schedules. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a polished and professional demeanor. Demonstrated discretion and ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Company Description
