Commercial Construction Project Manager – Tenant Improvement Seattle, WA | General Contractor | Interiors & Renovations The Role

We’re seeking a

Commercial Construction Project Manager

to lead tenant improvement projects across the Seattle area. This role is ideal for someone who excels at managing fast-paced interiors work (non-ground-up), balancing client needs, budgets, and schedules while keeping quality and safety top of mind. Key Responsibilities

Manage all phases of commercial TI projects from kickoff through closeout Oversee project budgets, schedules, contracts, and subcontractor/vendor relationships Collaborate with clients, architects, and engineers to align design intent with construction execution Lead project teams and coordinate with field staff to deliver high-quality results on time and on budget Prepare and track RFIs, submittals, change orders, and other project documentation Ensure safety and quality standards are met on all job sites Qualifications

3+ years of experience as a

full Project Manager

with a commercial GC Proven background in

tenant improvement/interiors

projects (non-ground-up required) Strong ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication, client-facing, and leadership skills Proficiency in project management software (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, etc.) Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred What We Offer
