Sr. Payroll, Absence & Time Tracking Functional Consultant - Workday Success Plans. Confidently and consistently provide excellent customer service Engage customers to quickly understand business requirements Share broad experience with industry practices Adapt and succeed independently in challenging situations Develop and demonstrate system configuration solutions, articulating product capabilities and the benefits and risks of design decisions Support multiple customers concurrently on short-duration projects Help customers become more self-sufficient, stabilize and optimize their Workday applications, and learn about new features Collaborate with teammates to maximize productivity and demonstrate strengths daily Share expertise with customers on a variety of Ask-an-Expert requests by:

Conducting research to understand customer questions and related Workday concepts Delivering small scope consulting with configuration guidance, demonstrations, considerations, tips & tricks Troubleshooting product configuration to meet customer business requirements Clearly and effectively communicating responses and value to customers

Partner with an Engagement Manager to deliver services that include: Feature Adoption Workshops (facilitating customer Workday feature roadmap discussions) Functional Review (Tenant Review with Consulting Services) Health Check (Tenant Review with Cross Functional Consulting Services) Additional services that consultants deliver include: Collaboration Crews (facilitating group customer sharing discussions) Accelerator Webinars (creating and delivering customer presentations on how to use Workday features to achieve business goals) Feature Accelerator (providing one-on-one consulting guidance to accelerate feature adoption) Feature Adoption Tenant Reviews (reviewing customer tenants to identify adoption opportunities) About You

Basic Qualifications - Senior Functional Consultant - Payroll/Absence/Time Tracking 5+ years of Human Capital Management software and consulting experience on medium or large enterprise HRIS projects, or applicable practitioner deployment experience 5+ years of experience with Payroll, Absence, Time Tracking 3+ years of Workday Consulting experience or experience as a Workday SME Other Qualifications Solid grasp of HR-related systems and processes. Ability to understand Workday concepts and new feature releases in Core HCM, cross-application features Certified or ability to certify in Workday HCM products and deploy solutions Experience influencing, interacting with, and collaborating with senior leaders Ability to lead design meetings toward effective, collaborative outcomes Ability to deliver and achieve results while managing to a project plan Excellent verbal and written communication skills Experience with global implementations is preferred Ability to work on multiple engagements simultaneously Strong critical thinking to understand complex technical process issues and facilitate decision making Bachelor’s degree or related experience Ability to travel up to 10% Workday Pay Transparency

The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual stock grants.
