Innovative Driven is seeking a temporary Receptionist to join the team at the San Francisco office of a leading law firm. Base pay range
$34.00/hr - $38.00/hr Responsibilities
Managing front desk operations and create a welcoming, professional environment for all colleagues and guests Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls Greet visitors, verify appointments, and escort visiting guests to offices and conference rooms Enter all visitor information into building security application Maintain reception area and ensure it reflects the firm\'s professional standards Manage and coordinate conference room scheduling and setup Collaborate with the Facilities Coordinator in preparation of meetings and events Ensure conference rooms are properly prepared and equipped Assist with ordering supplies, snacks, and beverages Perform other administrative duties as assigned Qualifications
Experience in a law firm or corporate environment Proficient in Microsoft Office Strong communication and interpersonal skills Time management, multitasking, and teamwork Flexibility to work overtime Seniority level
