Environmental, Operations and Construction (EOC) operates within HDR's Federal Business Group, capable of delivering services across all HDR business groups at any location. Our work is performed by our professional staff, scientists and engineers at remote sites, embedded in client office space or our own facilities. EOC delivers quality engineering, environmental, and construction management services at competitive prices. Responsibilities

Represent HDR with the client and provide sound technical advice and maintain a high degree of professionalism Utilize familiarity with government contracting to develop various courses of action that our clients can take to handle issues on a project Coordinate actions with other HDR teammates and government representatives as needed Responsible for participating in and/or overseeing large multidiscipline projects or medium-sized projects with high degree of technical complexity, involving a large project staff Establish and maintain client relations, and be involved with marketing, contractual, design and production meetings Conduct work sessions for deliverable development in conjunction with other staff and stakeholders Coordinate staffing and workload through entire project life cycle and ensure completion of deliverables on schedule Track financial aspects of projects, and coordinate and adjust work effort with team to ensure that work is completed within parameters of agreed-to budget and schedule Work with the Accounting, Operational and Business leadership for periodic project reviews Implement QA/QC procedures If required, supervise large project staffs and act as mentor for less-experienced Project Managers Perform other duties as needed Preferred Qualifications

Master's degree PMP certification Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering 10 years related experience A minimum 5 years project management experience Requires professional engineering license recognized by the licensing board for the location of the position offered. Example: Professional Engineer (PE or P.Eng) license. MS Office and MS Project experience (Access experience would be a plus) Demonstrated leadership, business development and strategic planning skills An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must What We Believe
