Key Responsibilities Supervise, train, and mentor maintenance technicians to ensure effective daily operations Oversee troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance of plant machinery (mills, welders, cutting systems, material handling equipment) Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs Enforce safety protocols and regulatory compliance Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and coordinate repairs Monitor spare parts inventory and support procurement Identify opportunities to improve reliability and efficiency in maintenance processes Maintain accurate maintenance records and compliance documentation Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams to support continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements 5+ years industrial maintenance experience, ideally in heavy manufacturing 2+ years of supervisory experience Associate degree, technical certification, or equivalent experience Strong mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems knowledge Welding and fabrication experience a plus Proficiency with CMMS and Microsoft Office Skilled in diagnosing and solving complex mechanical and electrical issues Safety-focused with knowledge of OSHA standards
