Overview
The Senior Client Partner – CMT Domain at Mastech Digital is a strategic role focused on growing and nurturing existing retail client relationships. You will be responsible for deepening engagements with strategic accounts, expanding service lines, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction. This role requires strong
CXO-level relationship management , understanding client challenges, and aligning Mastech Digital’s capabilities to deliver measurable business outcomes. You will work closely with internal delivery and pre-sales teams to ensure
end-to-end account success , from solution delivery to long-term relationship management.
Key Responsibilities – Farming Focus
Account Expansion & Relationship Management:
Own and grow existing retail client relationships, focusing on
increasing share-of-wallet
and expanding service offerings.
Build
trusted advisor
relationships with executive stakeholders across IT and business units.
Monitor account health, client satisfaction, and delivery performance, collaborating with internal teams to ensure excellence in execution.
Proactively identify
upsell/cross-sell opportunities
aligned with clients' digital transformation and data strategies.
Partner with delivery and pre-sales teams to ensure solutions meet client expectations and business objectives.
Support long-term account planning, including quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and strategic roadmap discussions.
Qualifications – Farming Focus
10+ years of experience in
consultative account management
within the CMT domain, preferably with Data, Analytics, or Digital solutions.
Proven track record of
growing existing accounts
and expanding client relationships.
Strong ability to manage multiple stakeholders at CXO/executive level.
Demonstrated success in identifying
upsell/cross-sell opportunities
and delivering measurable business outcomes.
Excellent collaboration skills to partner with internal delivery and pre-sales teams.
