and work onsite. Role Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced
SAP Solution Architect
with deep expertise in
SAP S/4HANA Service Order Processing ,
SAP Customer Service (CS) ,
Plant Maintenance (PM) , and
SAP Warranty Management , combined with proven skills integrating SAP with
Salesforce
front-end solutions. This role will be responsible for designing and leading the implementation of
automotive after-sales service systems , enabling efficient
repair order management ,
service order lifecycle , and
warranty claim processing
within a complex OEM environment. Key Responsibilities
SAP-Centric Solution Architecture Lead architecture and implementation of
SAP S/4HANA Service Order Management
covering: Repair order process, confirmation, and billing. Integration with SAP CS/PM for asset and maintenance management. Management of parts, labor, and service packages within SAP. Design and optimize
SAP Warranty Management
processes including: Warranty claim initiation, validation, adjudication, and settlement. Integration with SAP ERP modules such as MM (Materials Management) and FI/CO (Financials and Controlling) for claim settlement and invoicing. Lead SAP functional and technical teams in system configuration, custom enhancements (ABAP), and solution validation. Develop detailed solution blueprints aligning SAP capabilities with automotive service and repair business processes. Architect robust, real-time integrations between
SAP S/4HANA
and
Salesforce Service Field Service Lightning , enabling: customer-facing service booking and status tracking. Technician dispatch and mobile service execution. Warranty claim submission and processing workflows. Use SAP integration technologies such as
SAP Process Integration/Orchestration (PI/PO) ,
SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) ,
Workato , or other middleware platforms. Ensure data consistency, performance, and security across SAP and Salesforce systems. Domain Expertise in Automotive After-Sales Deep knowledge of
auto repair workflows ,
dealer service operations , and
warranty policies
at automotive OEMs. Define and improve business processes around repair order intake, technician allocation, parts management, service confirmation, and warranty claims. Collaborate with OEM service operations, warranty, parts, and finance teams to align SAP solutions with business needs. Governance & Leadership Own SAP solution design documentation, architecture artifacts, and technical governance. Mentor SAP functional and technical consultants to ensure best practices. Participate in vendor management and partner evaluations related to SAP and Salesforce technologies. Drive continuous improvement initiatives around SAP after-sales solutions. Seniority level
