Accelerated Development Program – Finance and Accounting. Trane Technologies Accelerated Development Programs (ADPs) provide recent college graduates with challenging assignments, leadership training and exposure to senior leaders. Through rotations across geographic and business locations, you will build diverse skill sets and a strong foundation for a successful career. ADP participants develop a foundation in corporate finance and accounting concepts with skills in budgeting and variance analysis, cost/benefit analysis, cost accounting, financial processes and controls, financial tools, business partnership and acumen, and audit. Rotations are chosen to facilitate continuous learning and development. Locations may change based on business needs. Onsite/Hybrid expectations: Onsite five days per week; Hybrid three days per week. Location determined by business needs. Our Accelerated Development Program in Finance and Accounting has three rotations: Cost Accounting (12 months, Onsite). Potential locations include Pueblo, CO; Tyler, TX; Panama City, FL; Columbia, SC; Greenville, SC. Financial Planning & Analysis (9 months, Hybrid). Location: US Corporate Headquarters in Davidson, NC. Audit & Compliance (9 months, Hybrid). Location: US Corporate Headquarters in Davidson, NC. Relocation assistance is provided for new locations where the distance is at least 50 miles. What you will bring
Function-specific responsibilities will vary by assignment. Candidates should: pursue a BS/BA in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related degree, or MS in Accounting with a GPA of 3.0+ completed before start date. Demonstrated leadership: at least two examples (e.g., school club officer, sports captain, resident advisor) or equivalent work project leadership. Work experience: at least one related internship or six months of related work experience. Proactive problem-solving, adaptability to changing business conditions, and eagerness to learn. Strong collaboration to coordinate efforts and achieve results in a positive environment. Desire to apply learnings to grow your career and contribute to Trane Technologies. Ability to identify and manage sound financial processes, policies and controls, with a focus on continuous improvement. Proficiency with financial systems and tools for decision making, planning, control, and performance evaluation; leveraging technology to enhance accuracy and productivity. Willingness to relocate if needed and legal ability to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future. Compensation
Base Pay Range: $71,000. Total compensation includes a commission/incentive plan. This base pay range reflects US national averages; actual base pay may vary by seniority and geographic location. We offer competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits and programs.
