Recruiter / Talent Acquisition (Bilingual) role at Prestonwood Landscape Services As our sole Recruiter, you will drive all recruitment strategy and execution across the company, reporting directly to the Human Resources Manager. As our sole Recruiter, you will own the full recruitment lifecycle for all positions, collaborating with the HR Manager. You will manage a diverse requisition load, build relationships, and contribute to the company’s success by hiring top talent. Key Responsibilities
Full-Cycle Recruitment: Lead end-to-end recruitment for all vacant positions, including proactive sourcing, screening, interviewing (in English/Spanish), and offer negotiation. Strategic Sourcing: Develop multi-channel sourcing strategies using job boards (Indeed, LinkedIn), community networks, trade schools, social media, and industry partnerships. Stakeholder Partnership: Collaborate with branch management and leadership to forecast staffing needs, refine job requirements, and align talent acquisition with business strategy. Process Efficiency: Optimize usage of Paycor ATS to maintain a clean, compliant pipeline and positive candidate experience. Employer Branding & Outreach: Represent the company at job fairs, school visits, and community events to build a robust pipeline. Talent Analytics: Analyze turnover data and recruitment metrics to improve hiring quality, efficiency, and retention. Compliance & Administration: Manage pre-employment steps, including E-Verify and background screening. Qualifications
Required:
3+ years of progressive, full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally managing both high-volume/field and professional requisitions. Ability to work independently and manage the recruiting function with minimal supervision. Bilingual proficiency in Spanish (verbal and written) is required. Valid Texas driver's license. Preferred:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, or a related field. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Expert knowledge of the full recruitment lifecycle, modern sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment. Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to influence hiring managers and negotiate offers. Working knowledge of HR fundamentals, benefits administration, and employment laws (FLSA, EEO, etc.). Strong organizational skills and time management; ability to manage a high volume of tasks. Proficient in using Paycor ATS and MS Office Suite. EEO Statement
