The Job at a Glance At Parts Town, our Senior Talent Acquisition Specialists (internally known as Senior Talent Sourcers) are passionate about building world-class teams and delivering an outstanding candidate experience. You will take ownership of the high-volume, full-cycle recruitment process across multiple states, managing everything from job description development, geographic market research, candidate sourcing, phone interviewing, coordinating interviews, to extending job offers. Your creativity in sourcing candidates will shine, and you will thrive on presenting strategic hiring solutions and data to the managers you support. As candidates' first impression of Parts Town, your positive energy, sound judgment, and excellent communication will be key to your success!
Responsibilities
Partner with a fun and passionate talent acquisition team to ensure the best candidate experience in every interaction.
Lead high-volume, full-cycle recruitment, including market research, job description development, candidate sourcing, phone interviewing, coordinating interviews, and extending job offers. Focus on strategic initiatives and process optimization and continuous improvement to enhance recruitment effectiveness.
Leverage our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to review resumes, conduct phone interviews, and maintain proactive communication with hiring managers and candidates.
Develop innovative sourcing strategies for all business units and levels of roles, utilizing data and a mix of channels (job boards, universities, job fairs, social media, employee referrals) to build robust talent pipelines.
Collaborate with hiring managers to define the knowledge, skills, abilities, and characteristics of ideal candidates, with regular meetings to adjust strategies as business needs evolve.
Partner with leaders in hiring for all positions, especially hard-to-fill roles. Provide data-driven insights and metrics on pipelines, market trends, and hiring progress to align recruitment with business objectives.
Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience, guiding internal and external candidates through the process with professionalism and clear communication.
Collaborate with the onsite HR team to support onboarding and create an exceptional new hire experience.
Qualifications
You bring 5+ years of Talent Acquisition or HR-related experience, managing end-to-end recruiting lifecycle across diverse functions. A degree in Psychology or Human Resources is a bonus.
Experience spotting top talent in technical and eCommerce spaces (engineers, developers, digital professionals).
Strong use of data and analytics to inform decisions and strengthen partnerships with hiring managers.
Ability to build robust candidate pipelines via creative sourcing techniques and multiple channels.

Thrives in a fast-paced environment with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple requisitions.
Attention to detail, on-time delivery, and proactive communication with stakeholders.

Excellent English communication skills; bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

The salary range for this role is $32.82-$43.91 hourly, based on qualifications, experience, and location. Parts Town is a pay-for-performance company. In addition to base pay, some roles offer a profit-sharing program and an annual bonus depending on the role. Our benefits package includes health, dental and vision insurance, 401(k) with match, employee assistance programs, paid time off, paid sick time off, paid holidays, paid parental leave, and professional development opportunities.
