Lead and supervise staff (RBTs and BTs) to ensure consistent, high-quality ABA service delivery. Conduct assessments and planning: perform functional behavior assessments, develop individualized treatment goals, and create engaging, evidence-based intervention plans. Family and caregiver training: lead monthly sessions to empower families with ABA strategies for long-term success. Team coordination: collaborate with therapists, educators, and other professionals to integrate holistic care for clients. Professional Development & Mentorship
Local leadership support: market-based clinical directors provide guidance and on-the-ground support. Mentorship program: personalized guidance from experienced BCBA mentors to accelerate growth and certification requirements. Research & innovation: opportunities to collaborate on ABA research projects and present at national conferences; history of publications in peer-reviewed journals. Clinical advisory access: insights from renowned experts through internal committees and care teams. CEU opportunities: in-house CEUs annually, plus funding for external conferences, live events, and our Clinical Conference. Compensation, Benefits & Travel
Total compensation: Base salary $80,000–$90,000 plus quarterly performance incentives (up to $12,000 annually). Travel incentive: $1,000 Monthly Travel Bonus. Manage and supervise staff to ensure high-quality service delivery. Design and oversee treatment plans, assessments, and evidence-based interventions. Lead family/caregiver training sessions and coordinate with interdisciplinary teams. Qualifications for BCBA Candidates: Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Psychology, or related field; active BCBA certification from the BACB; passion for working with children and families affected by autism; strong communication and collaboration skills.
