Total compensation: Base salary $85,000-$95,000 plus quarterly performance incentives (up to $12,000 annually). Generous time off: PTO and paid holidays. Leadership and supervision of RBTs and BTs to ensure high-quality service delivery. Conducting assessments and planning: functional behavior assessments, individualized goals, and evidence-based intervention plans. Family and caregiver training: Monthly sessions to empower families. Team coordination: Collaboration with therapists, educators, and other professionals to integrate holistic care. This BCBA position emphasizes autism therapy and meaningful impact. Qualifications

Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Psychology, or related field. Active BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB). Strong passion for working with children and families affected by autism spectrum disorder. Excellent communication and collaboration skills for interdisciplinary teams. Who We Are
