Our new digital marketing manager will thrive in a hands-on environment, leading both strategy and execution for our digital marketing efforts with a heavy emphasis on lead generation. We’re looking for an individual with a broad digital understanding who knows the ins and outs of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Data Cloud and loves optimizing new integrations to get the most from our toolset! Responsibilities
Position: Digital Marketing Manager As the MRA Digital Marketing Manager, you will: Work directly with the Marketing Director to determine target audiences and develop automated campaigns using Marketing Cloud to create eye-catching, exciting, dynamic emails that generate results, as well as supporting regular communications. Help determine target audiences and develop automated campaigns using Marketing Cloud to generate results. Play a role in the strategy and execution of campaigns across digital channels, including the website, social media channels, and digital advertising programs. Be the data expert, tracking engagement and generating leads for the sales team. Act as the Marketing team's expert in Salesforce systems and integrations. Assist sales and business partners in understanding and using these tools. Help maintain data integrity and security of Salesforce databases. Assist with the overall digital marketing strategy and develop lead generation campaigns. Manage and collaborate with digital marketing coordinators, supporting their execution of campaigns across email, social media, and other channels. Collaborate with the Marketing team on cross-channel project management, building relationships with business partners and subject matter experts across the organization, and contributing to creative and effective marketing initiatives. Track and analyze digital marketing campaigns, and optimize efforts to meet marketing and organizational KPIs. Provide an exceptional external communication experience to members and internal and external audiences alike. Ideal Candidate Traits

Four-year degree in communications, marketing, advertising, or a related field, with proven work experience in marketing strategies and digital/email marketing. At least five years of experience in marketing and email marketing communications in a corporate or agency setting. Hands-on expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Sales Cloud, with knowledge of other Salesforce platforms; certification preferred. Proven experience creating high-impact, unique marketing campaigns. Database management and list creation experience; experience with tools like ZoomInfo is a plus. Strong knowledge of best practices for email creative, segmentation, dynamic content, testing methodologies, deliverability, and CAN-SPAM/GDPR regulations. Excellent project management skills with the ability to break projects into tasks and timelines. Ability to prioritize and balance multiple projects, meeting deadlines while maintaining quality and results.
