First-year guarantee of $550,000 with uncapped earning potential Immediate partnership track with no buy-in required Sign-on bonus and relocation support Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, malpractice coverage, and 401K with 4% match CE stipend and ongoing access to peer-to-peer mentorship and professional development Full-scope clinical experience including implants, all-on-X, extractions, bone grafting, pathology, trauma, TMJ, and more Cutting-edge technology and digital workflows A loyal referral network and a strong patient base Surgeon-led support that aligns with your goals Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive oral & maxillofacial surgical care with a focus on implants, bone grafting, and related procedures Operate in a modern surgical environment with emphasis on clinical excellence and patient-centered care Collaborate with the team, participate in case planning, and utilize digital workflows Qualifications
Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery Eligible for Massachusetts dental and medical licensure Strong interpersonal skills and commitment to patient-centered care Employment Details
