Produce business cases with actionable recommendations – to support high-level decision-making on operations, strategy, tactics and change initiatives Lead the development of presentations that communicate Fitch’s business and/or operational strategies, objectives and plans to senior management and executive audiences Collaborate closely with various business groups across Fitch in conducting analyses to propose recommendations and solutions to improving operational processes Own aspects of monthly and quarterly reporting for senior management Compile and analyze data and research from internal and external sources. Work with senior team members to build clear insights on Fitch’s business performance and competitive positioning What You Need to Have
10+ years’ experience working in a consulting or in-house strategy role, ideally related to credit rating agencies, financial services, or the debt capital markets Advanced skill and proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel The ability to create structured, detailed, and compelling presentations addressed to various audiences within the organization The ability to quickly pick up new concepts and dive deep into problems, clearly articulating what they are, while suggesting solutions with little to no prior background in the subject matter Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with meticulous attention to detail The ability to work and think both independently and strategically Strong written and verbal communication skills A collaborative nature; a team player who works effectively with colleagues and project stakeholders What Would Make You Stand Out

Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $175,000 and $200,000. Actual salaries will be determined on an individualized basis and may vary based on factors including but not limited to education, training, experience, past performance, and other job-related factors. Base pay is one part of Fitch’s total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, long-term incentives, and other benefits sponsored by Fitch.
