The Ratings Strategy & Analytics team provides high-quality, in-depth strategic analysis to drive better outcomes, working with Ratings Operations on business transformation initiatives, including developing business cases, evaluating cost/benefit for new initiatives, and reviewing process re-engineering. Produce business cases with actionable recommendations to support high-level decision-making on operations, strategy, tactics and change initiatives. Lead the development of presentations that communicate Fitch’s business and/or operational strategies to senior management and executive audiences. Collaborate with various Fitch groups to conduct analyses and propose recommendations to improve operational processes. Own aspects of monthly and quarterly reporting for senior management. Compile and analyze data and research from internal and external sources and build clear insights on Fitch’s business performance and competitive positioning. What You Need To Have

Bachelor’s degree required. 10+ years’ experience in a consulting or in-house strategy role, ideally related to credit rating agencies, financial services, or debt capital markets. Advanced skill in PowerPoint and Excel. Ability to create structured, detailed, and compelling presentations for various audiences. Ability to quickly grasp new concepts, articulate problems clearly, and suggest solutions with limited prior background. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail. Ability to work independently and strategically, with strong written and verbal communication skills. Collaborative team player who works effectively with colleagues and stakeholders. What Would Make You Stand Out

New York base compensation information is provided for NY roles only. For New York Roles Only

Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $175,000 and $200,000. Actual salaries are determined on an individualized basis and may vary based on education, training, experience, past performance, and other job-related factors. Base pay is one part of Fitch’s total compensation package, which may include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, long-term incentives, and other benefits. EEO Statement
