Human Resources Generalist
supporting a 24/7 unionized workforce. As this plant expands operations and transitions HR systems, this is a key opportunity to make an impact within a hands-on, fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the day-to-day HR partner for production and transportation teams Administer leaves of absence (FMLA, PFL, DBL, Workers’ Comp) Maintain employee records and support the transition to Workforce Manager (from ADP) Monitor timecards, address punch issues, and support attendance compliance Assist in investigations, discipline, performance documentation, and terminations Help plan employee appreciation events and handle walk-in HR requests Ensure compliance with labor laws and union agreements Qualifications: 3–5+ years of HR, administrative, or office management experience Manufacturing or union experience strongly preferred Strong Excel skills (v-lookups, pivot tables) and HRIS fluency Clear communication, strong organization, and a team-oriented mindset Associate’s or Bachelor’s in HR, Business, or related field preferred Why Apply?
